When can I check in on the date of arrival and when should I vacate the room and check out on the date of departure?

You can check in at any time after 1:00 pm. You should vacate your room by or before 10:00 am.

Can I leave my luggage at the hotel if I leave later?

Yes, we will gladly store your luggage at the hotel reception.

If I arrive by car, can I park at the hotel?

Yes, our hotel has its own guarded car park. The parking fee is CZK 100 per day. We will gladly reserve parking space for you in advance.

I have booked half board for my stay, can I change it to full board?

Yes, you can order extra lunches for CZK 390 per day.

How can I pay for my accommodation and services? Can I pay by payment card?

Yes, it is possible. You can pay by card or in cash at the hotel reception. We accept VISA, EuroCard/MasterCard and Maestro payment cards. You can also pay your stay in advance by bank transfer.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes, we will gladly issue a gift voucher and send it to you by post along with accompanying information materials. Upon request, we can also send it by e-mail.
We offer gift vouchers registered in the donee's name for a particular spa treatment or relaxation stay as selected by you, or vouchers for services at any value.

Do you provide laundry services?

Yes, we will gladly arrange laundry and ironing services for a fee. The hotel reception will inform you of the specific fee amount depending on the quantity.

Do you offer Internet access?

Yes, Internet access via WiFi is available free of charge on all hotel premises.

What is the difference between the accommodation categories?

The accommodation categories differ in the room size and the offered services. The higher the accommodation category, the larger the room, mostly with a balcony or a terrace and other services. You can find a description of all accommodation categories in the About the Hotel section.
